To start a claim, fill out this form or ask your selling dealer to help you initiate the process.
We will contact you with the next steps. Please note that you must receive prior approval before any repairs begin. Once approved, you can use your selling dealer or licensed repair shop.

We are open M-F, 7am-6pm MST. Be sure to refer to your agreement for details, terms, and complete list of coverages, exclusions and disclosures. Any claims without prior approval will not be covered.
